Goal setting Effective goal-setting skills are invaluable to the serious athlete and without goals neither coach or athlete can plan for a long term improvement. Goals should be SMART, that is Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Realistic and Time-bound.

Annual Plans Based around the athlete's major goal and governing what training the athlete undertakes daily, weekly and monthly. We pride ourselves on rapid responses enabling us to change workouts to suit a change in your week for either work or family commitments or illness/injury.

Motivating training schedules It is important to keep motivation going throughout a training plan and our job as coaches is to keep workouts challenging and interesting. With effective communication from the athlete it is possible to keep high levels of motivation even during the toughest periods of training.

Recovery Knowing when to rest is probably the most difficult of all skills to learn as an athlete. Having a coach at the end of the phone, messaging service or email will help take some of the guesswork out of this tricky area.

Strength programmes Gym work is not always for bodybuilders and we feel it does have a place within our annual plan. Although not for everybody, due to cost, at the local gym we can adapt to take this into consideration and take it out onto the road.

Nutritional advice Sensible and practical nutritional advice which can often be lost amongst the diet fads and marketing currently flooding websites and magazines.

Communication Probably the most important factor in any successful coaching programme. Our coaching offers full access to the coach via email or phone (although calls from outside Australian EST should be pre-arranged as we might be in bed!).

Pricing

Australia Monthly fees are $140 (AUD), three months is $400 (AUD).

United Kingdom Monthly fees are £50 (sterling) with three months at £145 (sterling).

Please note that initial sign up is for a minimum three months as we need to establish goals, yearly plans, etc. After the first three months the athlete can chose between monthly or quarterly payments. Payments can be made through PayPal.
